well if you have some sort of an activity or exercise every day for at least 30 min. and eat 3 healthy meals every day your body will be in pretty good shape. if you want to l…oose weight i suggest that you should work out (lift weights, yoga, stretching,and play a sport) or jog for more than 30 min. To keep your body healthy you must eat a good balanced diet ( a good mix of fruit and veg, carbohydrates, protein, dairy etc.), have a reasonable amount of sleep, don't overwo…rk your body by staying up late. And do around 60 minutes of gentle exercise a day. Be proud of yourself.
