No there is no Malaria in Seychelles, though we do inoculate against it, especially if visiting any African countries known to have it

It's transmitted by the anopheles albimanus MOSQUITO. Other anopheles mosquitoes transmit malaria, too.

mosquitos carry infected blood from those with malaria and when they bite another person the pathogen is passed onto them and they are likely to get malaria :)
