AP means anteroposterior (front to back) so you will see the front of the spine

No. Only the spaces where the disks are. And MRI or CT scan can actually image the disk itself.

It is called scoliosis or spineafobia. It can be be bad enough that you need surgery, or as slight as doctors dont even ask for follow ups
