the cigarette light fuse is in your lower console thorugh the axxess panel and its fuse #32 or #28 Answer well if you know where your fuse panel is, then it should be simple… if you have you owners manual. Get your owners manual and look in the undex you should be able to find pages dealing with fuses, (i know my pickup has a chart under the fuse infromation pages) If your manual has one look at the chart, and find the fuse, replace it. Answer Locate which fuse handles the circuit, pull it out, put in a new one. to be correct its located in the hood area behind the battery i think number 23 not sure Answer, it is fuse #32 under the hood. It takes a yellow #20 fuse in the #32 slot. There seems to be some confusion on this on the net. But just changed mine and it works like a charm.

I wish someone would be honest and take the time to post the correct answer. That is why I am taking the time to do this and save the mechanics time. The correct fuse is the #…2 FUSE in the fuse panel under the hood. It is on the right side of the engine compartment next to the battery. It is a box style fuse that is square and blue in my case which I believe is OEM in my case. You can see the metal on the top of the clear fuse and I missed it even though I used a small flashlight due to the fact that it is a very small break in the metal. Confirm with a multimeter set for resistance which is usually the ohm/omega sign. The broken fuse will have infinite resistance and the unbroken, no resistance.
